Payment Processor Information
All purchases through Cloudforge Labs are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized payment partner and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax compliance, and refund requests on our behalf.
Refund Policy
Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle and are handled on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests may be refused. Paddle will refuse a refund request if they find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior.
This policy does not affect your rights as a consumer in relation to products which are not as described, are faulty, or are not fit for purpose.
How to Request a Refund

Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel:
- Visit Paddle.net
- Enter your email address and order information
- Select "Cancel subscription"
- Follow the instructions to complete cancellation
When you cancel, you'll continue to have access to your subscription until the end of your current billing period. Subscriptions do not automatically refund for unused time.
Processing Time
If a refund is approved by Paddle, it will typically be processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take additional time.
Consumer Rights
This refund policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, including rights related to:
- Products that are not as described
- Products that are faulty or defective
- Products that are not fit for their intended purpose
- Digital content that does not conform to its description
