3. User Accounts

4. Subscription and Payments

Billing: Our services are offered on a subscription basis. You'll be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). All fees are in USD.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees.

Price Changes: We may adjust our pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email and can choose to cancel before the new rates take effect.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have access to your subscription until that date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission
• Use our services for illegal activities or to harm others
• Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer our platform

7. Intellectual Property

Our Content: All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Cloudforge Labs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to our platform. By using our services, you grant us a license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.

Prompts and AI Outputs: The prompts in our library are our intellectual property. You may use them for personal or commercial projects, but you may not redistribute or resell them.

8. API Usage

If you use our API:

• You must comply with our API documentation and usage limits
• Rate limits apply based on your subscription plan
• We may monitor API usage to prevent abuse
• Your API keys are confidential - don't share them publicly

9. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with third-party services (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We're not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

10. Disclaimers

Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

AI-Generated Content: AI models can sometimes produce inaccurate or inappropriate content. You're responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before use.

No Professional Advice: Our services don't constitute legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Consult appropriate professionals for specific advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloudforge Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any bugs, viruses, or harmful code transmitted through our services
• Any content obtained from our services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to liability.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cloudforge Labs from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

13. Data and Privacy
